Lux BRRRR Investment Cohort is an investment vehicle to invest into multi-families using the BRRRR strategy as a group.  The investment strategy of Lux BRRRR Investment Cohort is based on the popular BRRRR real estate investment strategy.  BRRRR stands for buy, rehab, rent, refinance and repeat.  This strategy allows the same investment dollar to be reused recursively.  This cohort will follow the BRRRR strategy as closely as possible on a higher and more professional level while it is work free and stress free for Investors.   The properties in the cohort will be managed by Lux Development Inc.
